The Shocker 14K Air Receiver Hitch gives your pickup truck instant air ride towing for a smoother, safer bumper pull towing experience. This 14,000 lb GTW air ride hitch absorbs the bumps, jerks, and road shock that come with a standard hard-connection receiver hitch — giving your truck, trailer, and cargo a noticeably smoother ride. Just add or release air to tune the hitch to your trailer’s weight and contents.
The built-in air spring and dual urethane bump cushions work together to cushion your towing experience and reduce trailer sway. Shocker’s simple rocker arm pivot design produces a natural down-and-back motion — no slides, parallel linkages, rollers, or multiple airbags required. Less complexity means less to maintain and more to rely on. Customers also report fuel savings of 1 or more MPG by eliminating the jerks, tugs, and sways of a hard connection.
Build your own setup by selecting your receiver size (fits 2″ and 2½″ tubes) and choosing from over 20 ball mount attachments — combo ball, drop, raised, pintle hook, drawbar, clevis, cushioned drawbar, and sway tab variations. The base frame ships complete with the built-in airbag, dual bump cushions, and three D-handle hitch pins with clips. With only 10 inches between the mounting pin and ball centre, this is a compact, no-compromise air suspension hitch that mounts directly into your standard receiver tube.
